AISG contracts with an independent, local bus company to provide transportation for AISG students. Air-conditioned buses that provide safe, supervised conveyance journey to and from school daily. Fees are based on the distance from home to school. Due to limited space for each bus, students are encouraged to sign up and pay the bus company to secure seat before ride on bus.

After school activities buses are available for students in all grades. Parents can request for services of the bus company upon acceptance of their children by the school. For the 2010-11 school year, AISG has contracted Sodexho to provide the school lunch service for both the Science Park and Ersha campus. Sodexho has been working closely with the school's architects in designing the kitchen and dining facilities to meet international school standards in the new Science Park campus. Sodexho will also design a satellite kitchen for the Ersha campus where elementary students will enjoy freshly cooked meals. Each student's ID card will serve as a meal card which will facilitate payment.

With an ever growing enrollment in multiple campuses, it is a challenge to meet the needs of a diversified student population. Sodexho will offer an array of options and maintain healthy diets. There are Asian cuisines as well as international a la carte selections with full course choices.
