We're thrilled to announce that the AISG Annual Fund Hong Bao Campaign IS BACK! 🧧🎉To kick-off our campaign, we are inviting our AISG community members (students, caregivers, faculty, staff, and alumni) to submit their artwork for a chance to be featured on our Hong Bao envelopes, displayed on our official website, and showcased at our public Art Exhibition in January. Please check your inbox for all the details and scan the QR code or click ‘Read more’ to submit your artwork. Artwork is due by Oct 25, 2024.
In addition, we are proud to announce a new theme for this year’s campaign: Child-Friendly City! This theme is based on our partnership with the Yuexiu Women and Children's Federation and our joint initiative of promoting Guangzhou as a ‘Child-Friendly City.' We believe our Hong Bao campaign is a great opportunity to further this initiative.
For our followers, we are excited to share that our Hong Bao Campaign not only highlights our community’s creative talent but, more importantly, nurtures our ‘culture of giving.’ As a fundraising initiative, we believe that 'giving,' regardless of its size and form, has the power to unite and strengthen communities. As with our partnership for a Child-Friendly city, stay tuned for more updates on how this campaign can bring the greater Guangzhou community together!
AISG's Annual Fund celebrates Chinese New Year with the Hong Bao Campaign. Hong Bao means 'red envelope' and it is a tradition to place a monetary gift in the envelope and give to friends, family, and loved ones as tokens of good wishes. As an educational fundraising campaign, the heart of this special event is to showcase our community’s creative talent and to nurture the culture of ‘giving’.
