Established in 1981, AISG is the first international school in South China, and the only not for profit international school in Guangzhou. We are a diverse, private, co-educational day school, offering an international curriculum, guided by American educational values and principles.
Grades 4 and 5 are back in classrooms, with split half-days. Students and faculty follow protocols such as wearing masks, getting their temperature checked, and sanitizing/washing their hands.

How are AISG faculty rising to meet the challenge of a 100% online learning environment and what are they learning as a result?
The Guangdong Provincial Department of Education announced that local schools will commence online learning beginning March 2, that Kindergarten and Special Education Schools will not be required to participate in online learning and all schools will be closed until further notice, and that resumption date for local schools is still to be determined.

On October 24, 2019, the American International School of Guangzhou (AISG) hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on its Science Park campus.
