How AISG Lives Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

At AISG, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are values that are lived, felt, and practiced daily, starting with the youngest learners and continuing through every stage of school life.

It begins with belonging

From Preschool onward, the foundation is simple but powerful: every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and celebrated.

High-fives at the school gate. Birthday rituals. Morning greetings. Heart-country celebrations. These small acts add up to something big: a culture where every child feels they matter.

Building empathy step by step

Through scaffolded programs like Second Step and integrated guidance lessons, children grow from simply noticing differences in Kindergarten to exploring fairness, bias, and advocacy by Grade 5.

Deepening in Secondary School

As students mature, DEI becomes part of advisory sessions, anti-bullying training, and courageous conversations around equity, identity, and inclusion. AISG’s Inclusion Policy ensures that every student and caregiver is part of a safe, respectful community where voices are valued.

Why this matters for families

For caregivers, AISG’s DEI approach means safety and respect. It also means reassurance that your child is learning in an environment where their identity is celebrated, their voice matters, and they are equipped with the empathy and skills to thrive in a diverse world.

The AISG Impact

Every high-five, every name remembered, every language honored says the same thing: You matter here. For families, that’s the impact of belonging.
