    Student's and parents' current passport photo page.
    Passport-sized photo of the student.
    Student's birth certificate.
    Pre-Kindergarten and/or Kindergarten report card ( if applicable i.e. if the student had previously attended Pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten program).
    AISG Confidential Reference completed by teacher at child’s current school ( this is an AISG form and AISG will send it directly to teacher upon receipt of the teacher’s e-mail ID)
    Immunization records for each individual child applicant
  • ELEMENTARY SCHOOL(GRADES 1-5)
    Student's and parents' current passport photo page.
    Passport-sized photo of the student.
    Student's birth certificate.
    School grading report card for the past 3 school years
    AISG Confidential Reference completed by teacher at child’s current school (this is an AISG form and AISG will send it directly to teacher upon receipt of the teacher’s e-mail address)
    Standardized and/or MAP test scores (if applicable)
    Immunization records for each individual child applicant
  • LOWER SECONDARY (GRADES 6-8)
    Student's and parents' current passport photo page.
    Passport-sized photo of the student.
    Student's birth certificate.
    School grading report card for the past 3 school years
    AISG Confidential Reference completed by teacher at child’s current school (this is an AISG form and AISG will send it directly to teacher upon receipt of the teacher’s e-mail address)
    AISG Confidential English Reference completed by English teacher at child’s current school (this is an AISG form and AISG will send it directly to English teacher upon receipt of the teacher’s e-mail address)
    Standardized and/or MAP test scores (if applicable)

  • UPPER SECONDARY (GRADES 9-12)
    Student's and parents' current passport photo page.

    Student's birth certificate.

    AISG Confidential Reference completed by teacher at child’s current school (this is an AISG form and AISG will send it directly to teacher upon receipt of the teacher’s e-mail address)
    AISG Confidential English Reference completed by English teacher at child’s current school (this is an AISG form and AISG will send it directly to English teacher upon receipt of the teacher’s e-mail address)
    AISG Confidential Math Reference completed by Math teacher at child’s current school (this is an AISG form and AISG will send it directly to Math teacher upon receipt of the teacher’s e-mail address)
    Standardized and/or MAP test scores (if applicable)
    Immunization records for each individual child applicant
    *We kindly request upper secondary (grades 9-12) applicants to submit an Academic Transcript, which is an official document that provides an inventory of courses and grades earned by a student throughout their academic career. It is vital that the academic transcripts are complete and without any gaps.
