To avoid ever getting locked out of any of AISG's systems, users must go to password.aisgz.org and set up their secret questions. If you happen to forget your password, you can simply recover it yourself by going to password.aisgz.org. It only takes a minute to log in and create the secret question task. Unfortunately, our IT staff are unable to set a password for you as all passwords are managed by you as the end user. However, if you are still unable to log in to Ramsnet and Veracross after resetting your password, please send an email to logins@aisgz.org and we can check into your account.
