AISG Robotics Teams Head to the National Stage
AISG is thrilled to announce that two Lower Secondary VEX IQ teams and two Upper Secondary VEX V5 teams have qualified for the ACAMIS National Robotics Tournament taking place this weekend at CISS.
This achievement follows strong performances at the ACAMIS Regional VEX Tournament, where our teams competed against top international schools at QSIS in Shenzhen over three intense days of matches. Their skill, resilience, and teamwork earned them a place among the best in the country.
Reaching the nationals is no small feat, and it reflects months of preparation, problem-solving, and innovative thinking. Our students have poured countless hours into designing, coding, building, and refining their robots, demonstrating both technical expertise and strategic game play. Their success is a testament to the hard work, creativity, and dedication that define AISG’s robotics program.
The competition fostered a spirit of innovation, encouraging students to push the boundaries of their robotics knowledge through coding, building, and driving their creations. It was designed to motivate students to use robotics in developing their understanding of Science, Math, Engineering, and Technology, while building teamwork, self-confidence, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Robotics competitions are among the most exciting highlights of the AISG school year. They give students meaningful, hands-on experience in engineering and technology while inspiring curiosity and creative thinking. As our teams prepare for nationals, they do so with a deeper appreciation for innovation and collaboration — and with the drive to keep exploring the limitless possibilities of robotics.
