Board Elections are coming up in May and it’s a perfect time to communicate what this means and why it’s so important as a non-profit school.
At the heart of this model is the AISG Board of Governors, a dedicated team of volunteers who generously lend their time and expertise in providing fiduciary, strategic, and generative governance and oversight. Serving without remuneration, the Board members are driven solely by a shared passion for advancing the school’s strategic objectives.

Wow, what great insight into what it’s like to be a board member and what drives them to volunteer. With board nominations and elections coming soon, we hope our caregivers are inspired to raise their hand to volunteer their time, skills and talents. For our wider community, we hope you can further understand why AISG’s non-profit model is such a success.
As one of the few non-profit schools in China, AISG is uniquely positioned to prioritize its mission and vision above all else. This organizational structure underscores the school’s commitment to being responsible stewards of its resources, ensuring that every decision and investment directly benefits its students and their learning.
