Over the weekend, AISG made history! We hosted the first ever AISG Swim Invite in our new swimming pool in our new Athletic Center at our Science Park campus. The campus was abuzz with excitement!

Students from ten other international schools in the South China area attended the race, including BISZ, BSG, CIS, ISACS, NASGZ, NCPA, QSIS, SIS, and UISG. Lower and Upper Secondary students were very excited to swim in their many heats and relays throughout the day, showcasing their Ram spirit and pride!

Our new Athletic Center is a testament to the school's commitment to providing students with a holistic education that includes physical fitness and well-being. The center is designed to cater to all levels of ability, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among students, faculty, and staff. The swimming arena alone features a 25-meter swimming pool, along with a 50-seat swimming pool spectator area, LED screens and scoreboards, and electronic timing system.

Our Athletics Center that opened in August 2023 includes one of the largest natural grass soccer fields of any other international school in Guangzhou, an indoor 25-meter swimming pool, two gymnasiums, a fitness room, a dance studio, an external climbing wall, an indoor running track, two rooftop spaces for outdoor learning, and a full educational suite for instruction.
