AISG is thrilled to announce that we've been recognized as a finalist for two awards:
China School Awards: Staff Development and Wellbeing

Staff Development and Wellbeing

China School Awards 2025 has shortlisted AISG as one of the final three contenders for the Staff Development and Wellbeing category! Organized by the British Chamber of Commerce in China, the China School Awards recognizes and celebrates the best of international-oriented K12 education in mainland China.

The Staff Development and Wellbeing award recognizes the school that has made the most outstanding efforts in ensuring the continued professional and personal growth of their staff and promoting wellbeing and balance in the working lives of its academic, administrative, leadership and department teams.

Out of more than 110 high-quality applications, we are proud to be recognized for our innovative human capital strategy that prioritizes the professional growth and well-being of our staff through comprehensive professional development programs, wellness resources, and personalized support.
Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

In addition, GBA School Awards 2025 has shortlisted AISG for the Diversity Equity and Inclusion award. Organized by 21st Century Learning, the GBA School Awards are the first ever opportunity for those involved in education in the Greater Bay Area to celebrate education innovation.

This DEI award celebrates initiatives that promote inclusivity within school communities. Competing among 35 schools and organizations, this recognition underscores how AISG fosters an inclusive, supportive, and equitable educational community. Guided by our Social Vision, where every voice is valued, and each person can be who they truly are, DEI principles are embedded into every aspect of our school, including policies, recruitment, curriculum, and the environment.

These two prestigious achievements of being finalists in both Staff Development and Wellbeing and Diversity Equity and Inclusion speak volumes about AISG's unique difference and our unwavering commitment to offering a premier international education. AISG stands out among international schools and by choosing AISG, whether as a student or staff member, means becoming part of a supportive, forward-thinking, and inclusive community that continuously strives to foster a holistic development of all its members.
