Happy International Women’s Day from AISG!

March 8 is a day to celebrate women everywhere, with this year’s theme being #EmbraceEquity. To celebrate all our employees who identify as women, our HR team arranged for beautiful tulips to be handed out as they arrived on campus this morning. It was a small token of appreciation that we hope brightened their mornings.

In recognition of the women who work at AISG, our divisional principals made donations to GIN (Global Issues Network), one of our GCED (Global Citizenship Education) groups who works closely with Renhua High School in Shaoguan to fund female students’ education. Since 2010, GIN has supported over 200 girls to continue their education, as well as providing exchange opportunities between the students at both schools.

International Women's Day is a day to recognize the achievements of women around the world and remind us that there's still work to be done in creating an equitable and inclusive environment. At AISG, we invest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create an inclusive culture supporting each individual. This works to ensure women have equitable access to resources and opportunities and are not discriminated against, allowing them to reach their full potential and have their voices heard.
