Last Tuesday, we hosted our annual RamNation Rendezvous event at the Park Hyatt. Parents and members of our administration had the chance to enjoy a night of connecting with our community – one of AISG’s strengths as we partner with one another in educating our students.
150 parents attended the event, a great turn out showing how enthusiastic our parents are to meet new parents and hear directly from our senior leadership team about the latest updates and what to expect for the upcoming school year. Updates included the progress of our Master Facilities Plan, our new Mission & Vision, our schoolwide goals for the year, our record enrollment, and our strategic priorities.
We also announced the kick-off of our Annual Fund & Me campaign, our school-led fundraising effort. Donations are used for extraordinary enrichment programs such as our Speaker Series program, a unique program that has brought over 20 speakers from around the world to AISG. This is one of AISG’s most attractive features amongst our neighboring international schools in Asia.
The highlight of the evening was a heart-warming story shared by one of our young Elementary students about how he “donated” to the Annual Fund by dedicating his time and patience in learning how to paint for his artwork submission for the fundraising event. “Giving” comes in many forms and has a deep meaning at AISG, which our student clearly explained and something our community highly values.
At AISG, we are privileged to have a vibrant and diverse group of families who are as equally committed to supporting our students as they are to supporting each other as a community. Read more: https://www.aisgz.org/community
