Grade 12s Are Ready For Their IB Exams
How AISG prepares students with the wellbeing habits, support systems, and self-management skills they will carry into university.
As the IB exams have begun, AISG, Grade 12 students are entering one of the biggest academic milestones of their school journey.
For students, the exam period is stressful. It asks them to manage pressure, organize their time, stay focused, and take care of themselves while working toward an important goal.
Those skills begin with one of the most important habits students can build: rest.
“The number one tip? Sleep. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to get your 8 or even 10 hours of sleep.”
The same is true beyond AISG. At university, students will need to manage deadlines, independent study, and busy schedules. Learning when to work, when to rest, and how to protect their wellbeing is a skill they will continue to rely on.
Support matters during exams, but it also matters in life beyond graduation. Knowing how to reach out, speak honestly, and use the people around you is part of becoming an independent learner.
At AISG, that network also includes teachers, counselors, and the IBDP team.

These may sound like simple reminders, but they are also future-ready habits. They help students learn how to manage pressure, protect their energy, ask for support, and return to their work with focus.
As Grade 12 students begin their IBDP exams, they carry the routines, relationships, and self-awareness built throughout their AISG journey.
And as they move through the weeks ahead, Grade 12 students do so with the encouragement of the community behind them. In Mr. Kennett’s words: “Best of luck to everyone with all of their exams. We know you’ve got this.”
