RAMSMUN Shines at SEOMUN XXVII

Students from RAMSMUN recently traveled to Seoul for SEOMUN XXVII, the longest-running premier Model United Nations conference in East Asia, hosted by Korea International School.

Sixteen students from Upper Secondary made a strong impression, asking hundreds of Points of Interest, delivering dozens of speeches, and advancing multiple resolutions across various committees. This year’s theme, “Navigating Unknown Frontiers,” challenged students to tackle pressing issues such as ongoing conflicts and geopolitical shifts.

It was a successful conference for AISG, with Alex M., Grade 12, being awarded Best Delegate in the ADOC committee and Noel C., Grade 9, being awarded Honorable Mention for Committee on the Status of Women - one of the first times a freshman has won this award!

RAMSMUN IV is coming up in the Spring and our MUN delegates are already preparing for another unforgettable experience!

At AISG, we offer an array of opportunities which allow students to pursue passions ranging from robotics to yoga, and journalism to service programs. A diversity of options is offered to students in their pursuit of engaging and exploratory activities across the AISG curriculum. Click here to learn more about AISG activities.
